Vataple Machinery (Kunshan) Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Josab International AB. on September 22,2013 in which both parties have agreed to form a Joint Venture within a 3-month time, whose main function is to mass produce Josab Aqualite™ based ecological water treatment plants for the worldwide market including the Asia-Pacific region.

The Parties have decided to set up a joint venture company (‘the JVC’) that shall be owned by the Parties with the ownership ratio of 49% (Josab) and 51% (Vataple).

The JVC, which will set up a high quality production facility in Kunshan, PRC , will develop and manufacture AqualiteTM technology based water purification systems for deliveries initially within the Asia-Pacific market. The JVC will also establish a service team focusing on after-sales services.

Vataple Machinery (Kunshan) Co.,Ltd is a subsidiary company wholly owned by Vataple Group, which is a group of companies operating corporations including Vataple Kone Escalator Equipment and Vataple Etteplan Technology Centre. Vataple Group’s design and manufacturing facilities are located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province China. 

Vataple Group is also engaged in providing a business environment mainly for companies, institutes, organizations and universities dedicated to environmentally sustainable areas referred as clean tech; these services are delivered by Green Tower Kunshan, which as well is a member of the Vataple Group.
